You don't have to walk far for daily shopping. The Ganzenpoort shopping center is literally around the corner with supermarkets such as Albert Heijn, a Kruidvat and smaller specialty stores such as a pharmacy, a butcher and fish shop and also various eateries such as CEC coffee bar/lunch café at the bottom of its own building. Extensive shopping is very well possible nearby in the Amsterdamse Poort.
